Vascular and Vein Treatment Team

Our physicians are board certified in general surgery and vascular surgery or fellowship trained in vascular surgery. They bring extensive experience in the latest diagnostic strategies and comprehensive treatment options in the care and management of vascular diseases. Our physicians are frequently voted by their peers to be the “Top Doctors” for management of vascular disease in the Orlando area.

Mohammad N. Abbasi, MD

Dr. Abbasi is a vascular surgeon who comes to our practice from The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, where he undertook both his internship and residency in vascular surgery and most recently served as Chief Resident. While there, he participated in clinical research focusing on endovascular treatment of aneurysmal disease and presented his work at national conferences.

Lina Vargas Abello, MD, RPVI

Dr. Vargas Abello is board certified in vascular surgery. She joined our practice from Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC, where she had been serving as a Clinical Associate in the Department of Vascular Surgery. She has special interests in aortic disease, carotid artery disease, peripheral arterial disease, mesenteric and renal artery disease, hemodialysis access and venous disease.

Delos Clift, MD, FACS, RPVI

Delos Clift, MD, FACS, RPVI is a board-certified surgeon, fellowship-trained in peripheral vascular surgery and a registered physician in vascular interpretation. Since 1985, Dr. Clift has delivered groundbreaking vascular and endovascular surgical care at a variety of private practice and hospital settings in Michigan and Florida.

Manuel R. Perez-Izquierdo, MD, FACS

Dr. Perez is a board-certified and fellowship-trained vascular surgeon. In addition to providing the highest quality of vascular care, tailor-made to fit each patient’s needs, he specializes in providing non-operative and minimally-invasive therapies to manage arterial and venous conditions and diseases.

Mark Ranson, MD, FACS

Mark Ranson, MD, FACS is a board-certified general and vascular surgeon. Upon earning his medical degree at West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, he sought his surgery residency training at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC, followed by a fellowship in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, completed at New York University School of Medicine in New York City.

David Varnagy, MD, FACS

David Varnagy, MD, FACS is a bilingual board-certified Vascular Surgeon. He was born in Venezuela and received his Medical Degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela with multiple honors and recognitions. He completed his residency in General Surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, FL, and then went on to complete his fellowship in Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapeautics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, NJ.

Alan R. Wladis, MD, FACS

Alan R. Wladis, MD, FACS is a general surgeon, vascular surgeon and a registered vascular technologist who provides individualized vascular medicine and surgery care. He earned his medical degree at the State University of New York at Syracuse, followed by a surgery residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia and a vascular surgery fellowship at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati.
